Palo Santo is incense in the form of a wooden stick from South America; in Spanish, sacred wood is called palo santo. Palo Santo is also known as Holy sticks or Holy wood. The piece of wood from the sacred tree has a sweet, light and simultaneously intense aroma. Palo Santo has been used by the Indigenous peoples of South America since ancient times for, among other things, stress, pain and anxiety, and has been called magical, mystical and sacred. The Incas used Palo Santo, among other things, to cleanse the soul of negative energies. People are said to be able to feel a positive cleansing effect immediately, even those who do not normally sense energies. Other uses include cleansing a home, meditation, healing, and cleansing negative energies from people, objects and places. Palo Santo is said to bring good, calming energy to your home and to you. It is especially suitable for blessing a new home. The aroma of Palo Santo has notes of mint, vanilla, cinnamon and neroli. Palo Santo - Sacred wood, Bursera Graveolens, is a dicotyledonous plant belonging to the genus Bursea.
How do I use Palo Santo incense? Light the incense stick and let it burn for a few seconds before blowing out the flame. Then let the palo santo smolder and allow the smoke to waft over your body, an object you want to cleanse, or perhaps an entire room or your whole apartment. Never leave burning incense unattended; extinguish it carefully after use.

When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all information about the products, price, billing address, and delivery address.
If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately by email at support@dickfashion.com
If you change your mind before we have begun processing your order, you may cancel it. Contact us immediately; however, your order is not cancelled until we have confirmed your cancellation. We try to begin processing every order as quickly as possible, so even if your order has not been shipped, it may already have been manufactured and therefore may not be possible to cancel.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product. Extended delivery times may occur during periods of increased workload, such as the Christmas shopping season, Black Friday, and similar periods. We will not issue a refund for delayed delivery where Dickfashion did not cause the delay. In such cases, the recipient of the individual order must try to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping company.
Shipping costs: Free shipping on purchases over 490 SEK. Other shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the next business day. If delivery delays occur without us having informed you of an extended delivery time, please contact us at: support@dickfashion.com.

If the special-made products you receive differ significantly from what was designed in our design tool, or if the products arrive incorrect or damaged, please email us at support@dickfashion.com. Be sure to explain the problem in detail, and our customer service team will help you find a solution. Notify us of any problems within 14 days after receiving your order.
Please note that unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery dates for orders. This applies especially to products that are made to order, as these are shipped directly from the factory and we cannot influence the shipping time.
A defect is defined as a fault that was already present upon delivery, that the user could not have caused, and that is not due to factors such as wear and tear, abnormal use, neglect, or any form of external impact, such as drops or liquid damage.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS As is generally the case with special-made products, underwear, specially ordered erotic furniture, and sex toys, we cannot accept returns, partly for hygiene reasons. However, if there is a problem with your order, we will work hard to ensure that you are satisfied. Email us at support@dickfashion.com, and someone from our customer service team will contact you. Any return shipping costs are paid by the customer; a receipt must be attached. Notify us of any problems within 14 days after placing your order.
Any errors or defects must always be reported to support@dickfashion.com, including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.

Care advice
You’ve unpacked your product, done a happy dance, taken an extra look at the dick, and now you want to keep it in good condition. Here’s how to care for your garments and dick to maximize their lifespan and avoid putting extra wear and tear on the dick:
- Wash inside out, at a maximum of 30°C
- Do not tumble-dry
- Do not bleach
- Iron inside out, on low heat, without steam, and do not iron directly over the print
- For clothing with multiple designs, make sure they do not touch each other while ironing to prevent them from sticking together.
For stains from various bodily fluids, use the window scraper from your car, a spatula, or something similar to scrape off the worst of it. Then wash carefully with a mild detergent, gentle stain remover, or take it to a dry cleaner while wearing sunglasses or another disguise so you don’t have to feel embarrassed. Or be who you are and forget about being embarrassed.
For the record: All textiles you purchase from us undergo intensive testing. A garment is not added to our range until it has, for example, passed multiple washes with all printing methods.
