Returns

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us by email to support@dickfashion.com

If you change your mind before we have had time to start your order, it is fine to cancel your order. Contact us immediately, however, your order is not canceled until we have confirmed your cancellation. We try to start each order as quickly as possible, so even if your order has not been sent, it may have been manufactured and thus cannot be cancelled.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product. Extended delivery time may occur in case of higher workload such as Christmas shopping, Black Friday etc. We will not grant a refund for late delivery where Dickfashion did not cause the delay. In such cases, the recipient of the individual order must try to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping company.

Shipping costs Free shipping on purchases over SEK 490. Other shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Note orders placed on weekends are shipped on the following weekday at the earliest. Should delays in delivery occur (without our notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the email address: support@dickfashion.com.

PRICES, All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

While custom made products often don't include warranties, we're making sure to change that. With us at Dickfashion.com, you can always feel safe shopping.

If the custom made products you receive are significantly different from what was designed in our design tool, the products arrived incorrect or damaged,  please email us at support@dickfashion.com. Be sure to explain the problem in detail and our customer service will help you find a solution. Please notify us of any problems within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery dates for orders.

The definition of a fault is that the fault was already present upon delivery and that the user has not been able to influence the fault and is not due to, for example, wear, abnormal use, neglect or any form of external influence, such as tap or liquid damage.

RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS As usual with custom made products we cannot accept returns, but if there is a problem with your order we will work hard to ensure you are satisfied. Email us at support@dickfashion.com and someone from our customer service will contact you. Any return shipping by customer, Receipt attached. Please notify us of any problems within 14 days of receiving your order.

Any errors and defects must always be reported to support@dickfashion.com, where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
